Therapeutic Body Work

Loosen up. Structural Integration addresses postural imbalances in the body that are often the underlying cause of nagging or chronic pain. This 12-session collaborative series wakes up the brain and re-connects the body and mind, alleviating long-held patterns to create more ease of movement and personal awareness.

Hypnosis & Mindfulness

Get better. Contrary to some popular depictions, hypnosis is similar to a naturally occurring state of relaxation. Hypnosis can help ordinary everyday people with ordinary everyday problems. This guided relaxation roots out long-held, unwanted behaviors or mindsets so you can find relief by conquering the habits that prevent your happiness.

Yoga Therapy

Start moving. Think of yoga as an energy management practice that can take many forms. This personally-tailored, private yoga instruction includes breathwork, movement and conscious attention, and incorporates elements of Vinyasa, Yin and restorative yoga customized to your individual personality and conditions.
